All custom wigs are made to order. The moment you order, We begin creating your piece with premium 100% virgin hair, built to your length, your color, your cap size. Allow 5 to 7 business days to craft it before it ships, because good work takes time and you deserve nothing rushed. If you're ordering a ready-to-ship unit, it's already been made with that same intention and is waiting for you. These ship within 1 to 2 business days, so your transformation arrives that much sooner. All sales are final. Because every custom unit is made specifically for you, and because our ready-to-ship pieces are handled and inspected with the same care, we don't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. before you check out, look over your details one more time.
