HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email used during checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder if tracking doesn't show in your primary email inbox.

 

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Due to COVID-19 once an order has shipped, we do not accept refunds. All sales are final at this time.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with an exchange. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at info@officialmegabeauty.com.

 

HOW MUCH HAIR IS NEEDED?

For a full look we recommend purchasing 3-4 bundles of hair. Please be advised the longer the bundle length the shorter the weft. Which may result in needing more bundles for longer length styles.

 

WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?

Virgin hair is 100% unprocessed cuticle aligned hair that has not been processed with chemicals or color. We offer 100% virgin hair extensions.

 

HOW LONG DOES VIRGIN HAIR LAST?

Virgin hair can last up to 1 year along with proper hair care maintenance.

 

WHICH WIG CAP SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

The wig cap sizes for our closure unites are based on the circumference measurement of your head. Measuring tapes can be purchased from your local dollar store (dollar general etc.) for around $2.  Please review the chart below to help determine your cap size. 

 

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT WITH THESE HAIR MAINTENANCE TIPS

  •  We recommend using minimal products on the hair for best results and to avoid product build up
  • When shampooing do not massage the hair, gently run the shampoo thru the hair from top to ends
  • Hair should be shampooed no more than once a week with a conditioning/moisturizing shampoo
  • Co washing the hair is a great alternative if their isn't a lot of product buildup on the hair
  • Always allow hair to air dry to protect from potential heat damage
  • When brushing/combing the hair make sure to start from the ends and work your way up
